Thursday the 17th is the start of our new run club. Join us as we start our 11 week training program for the SeaWheeze 1/2 marathon in Vancouver, BC on August 11, 2012. This week we will be doing an easy 5k/3 mile run starting from the lululemon Scottsdale Quarter store. Bring your friends this is complimentary and oh so much fun!

The Casas and Fechtmeyer are hosting a traditional Cuban Pig Roast. Plan on having good music, dominoes, and slow roasted pork prepared "Cuban Style
