These Toastmasters, who come from all walks of life, career paths and educational interests, converge at DTAC to:
•Participate in District level International Speech, Humorous Speech, Table Topics and Evaluation Contests, fully aware that the 1st place winners will represent District 79 in this summer’s Toastmasters International Contests.
•Witness the first official international Toastmasters Contests for the Arabic speakers.
•Attend Keynote Speeches and Educational Workshops by World Champion Speakers.
•Network with Toastmasters from all over the region
•Conduct important District 79 Excom and Council Meetings.
•A chance of a memorable educational experience.
(DTAC 2010), which will be held at the Gulf University of Sciences and Technology in Kuwait City 20 - 22 May, is being organized and hosted by the Toastmasters clubs of Division I (Kuwait).

في كل عام يلتقي أعضاء منظمة التوستماسترز من جميع أنحاء القطاع 79 ، والتي تغطي دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في أحدى دول القطاع في مؤتمر سنوي يعرف بإسم DTAC.
و أعضاء التوستماسترز الذين يأتون من جميع الدول و من مختلف الجنسيات و ينتمون لأندية تتبع المنظمة العالمية في دول القطاع 79، يلتقون في مؤتمر DTAC من أجل:
المشاركة على مستوى القطاع في مسابقات (الخطب الدولية و الخطب الفكاهية وخطب مواضيع الساحة الإرتجالية والتقييم) و يهدف جميع المشاركون في تلك المسابقات بأن حصولهم على المركز الأول سيؤهلهم لتمثيل القطاع 79 للمنافسة على مستوى مسابقة منظمة التوستماسترز على مستوى جميع دول العالم.
متابعة أول ظهور رسمي لمسابقات التوستماسترز الدولية للأعضاء الناطقين باللغة العربية.
الحضور و الإستماع لمتحدثين في خطب و ورش تعليمية تدريبية من أبطال عالميين في الخطابة.
التواصل مع أعضاء منظمة التوستماسترز من جميع أندية و دول القطاع 79.
