Cantankerous Fish will be featuring a delicious 3-course prix fixe menu for the evening with all organic and sustainable produce and seafood, with an optional specially prepared wine pairing.

Cantankerous Fish is proud to partner with EatYourColors for Earth Dinner 2010. EatYourColors is a Mountain View based foodie group that promotes the mission of preparing local, organic food.

The Earth Dinner is a program of Organic Valley and Chef's Collaborative that provides opportunities for diners to connect with their food, its source, and the traditions and memories associated with it.

A portion of the evening's proceeds will be donated to Chef's Collaborative to support their national network of chefs fostering a sustainable food supply. Organic Valley has agreed to match all donations to Chefs Collaborative up to $10,000.
