While developing the connections of Knights of Christ with Chivalrous Orders, Kings’ and Emperors’ families of the world and while consolidating the international connections the Sovereign Chivalrous Order of Christ the Savior announces the conducting of international ball under the title “The Grand Aristocratic Ball” in April, 25, 2010 in Kiev, Ukraine, official and solemn receptions Palace, which is located at 22, Hrushevskogo street.
The ball is being organized and held under the patronage of the Sovereign Chivalrous Order of Christ the Savior.
To take part in the Grand Aristocratic Ball there’re invited the Kings’ families, the representatives of noble and aristocratic families of Europe and the whole world, the knights and chivalries of Knights Orders, the representatives of diplomatic missions, well-known culture and art representatives, business elite of Ukraine and Europe. The general number of invited people reaches 200 ones. Comparatively small number of the invited people proves the elite and aristocratic spirit of the event. The ball will be conducted with keeping the “white tie” dress code (ultra formal).
The event is devoted to the 860th anniversary of the first documental mention of the nobilitation into the Knights of the Sovereign Chivalrous Order of Christ the Savior.
The ball program includes lots of pleasant events, among them there are introduction of the guests and participants of the Ball, the performances of the debutants from the best families of Ukraine, classical ball dances assembling by symphonic orchestra, performances of opera singers, fashion and jewelry pieces shows, auction of the famous painters’ pictures, cigar club with the experienced and professional vitogliè, fairy show, and many other events.
The Ball will be widely described in mass media (press, television, radio). During the Ball conducting there will be shooting of a film about it. At the entrance the Ball participants will be met by the Honor Guard in parade uniform.

DRESS CODE “WHITE TIE”
GENTLEMEN MUST WEAR – white bow tie, black coat, white vest, white handkerchief-poshet in the breast pocket of the coat, patent leather shoes and, if possible, a pocket watch, The white gloves are desirable.
LADIES MUST WEAR – full evening ensemble: evening dress “till the floor” or a ball dress, it’s obligatory to wear stockings, shoes with heels, long gloves to the elbow, tiny white evening bag, it’s necessary to wear the real gem (sometimes rented). Open top dresses, often with a train, are supplied with tippets of expensive fur or white shawl.
Forbidden: long hair a la naturel, jewelry, bare hands.
