We all have a machine in our heads that is currently managing 65 TRILLION individual cells. True story. The staff can act as a lever to
help you learn how to unlock and operate that amazing machine.
Moving like a Jedi is awesome, thinking like one will change your
life. This system has beaten Heroin addiction. It's basically all about reminding you about how awesome you already are. This class is equal parts physical and mental exploration.
