Adam Arthur Bier, founder of Bier Legal and a new member of YFO, has generously offered us a special evening session of "Ask an Attorney" at his San Francisco office. This event is for those that have a few legal questions they want to discuss or those that may not have any specific questions, but want to brush up on their business law and hear more about common questions and situations entrepreneurs often face. We're going to keep it casual so we'd like to try and organize beer and pizza. Drinks situation will be BYOB. We'll figure out pizza once we get a better idea of how many people will be attending. There is a max of approximately 20 people for this event due to space limitations.
