Following the recent developments in the south park vs islam story, I feel like the point that matt and trey were trying to convey is just too important to neglect. We simply can't allow a religion to domminate our lives and have us fearing for it. Freedom of speech is in great jeopardy. I call the world to do the honorable thing and prove to the muslim extremists what we all already know - the more you get pissed when someone is making fun of you - the more you encourage them to do so.

I want to clarify that the purpose is not to attack muslims or the islam as a religon. We only wish to give artists a chance to express their art, intellectuals a chance to express their thoughts. All without the fear of what might happen to them.

The fact that a religion would be open to criticism (when i say open i mean not kill someone who criticise) is crucial for our existence as a democratic society.
