Govern for Kids is a non-partisan initiative in the ten counties of southwestern Pennsylvania to rally support for children and youth during the 2010 campaign for governor. The coalition’s efforts focus on seven priority issues facing children throughout Pennsylvania developed by the Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children:

1. Early Care and Education
2. K-12 Education
3. Children’s Health
4. Afterschool
5. Dropout Re-Engagement
6. College Access
7. Child Welfare.
