“Fear is the light on the dashboard saying: it’s time to grow.” –Jack Kornfield
Fear is a primary emotion that keeps us separate from the best version of ourselves. Some fears keep us alive and are necessary for our survival. And other fears keep us from living a fully expressed life. From a challenging yoga pose to letting go of an old relationship that no longer serves us, we come up against our fears on and off the mat
Old ways of thinking and our tendencies help us reinforce our fears and stay stuck in old patterns – preventing us from changing, growing, and evolving. As a result, instead of empowering ourselves, we empower the fear - distancing us from our innate intelligence, strength, and confidence.
Our yoga practice gives us tools to confront and undo these fears. In this workshop, we will utilize the tools core to the Jivamukti Yoga tradition - meditation, asana, pranayama, and high intention to give us insight into where we resist change, and resist the Self. Along the way, we will soften, embrace, and open up to resolution, healing and subsequent freedom.
Join Jivamukti teacher Laura Noss Sutphen for this powerful workshop that will take you deeper into yourself so you can emerge lighter, happier and free.
