Please join us to support SOS Outreach, a local non profit helping today's youth get outdoors. They inspire our children to build character and self esteem through outdoor activities. They integrate 5 core values...Courage, Discipline, Integrity, Wisdom and Compassion.
We will have live music all night with Adam & Joe from Head for the Hills and Tori & Eric from the Dirty Byrds, happy hour drink specials and a raffle with great prizes!
Suggested donation at the door is $10. If you wanted to bring a gently used gear donation the price drops to $5. You also get a raffle ticket at the door to be entered for some great prizes. Here is a list of items SOS is in need of.
Equipment donations
Specific needs for winter programs include:
-Youth goggles, snowboards, skis, ski poles, boots, bindings, helmets and snowshoes
-Outerwear: Jackets, pants, gloves, hats, socks, lightly used clothing
Specific needs for summer programs include:
-Tarps - heavy duty (poly) waterproof 8’ x 10’ or 10’ x 12’
-Backpacks - 3,000-5,000 cubic inch backpacking backpacks
-Tents - 2-man through 8-man car camping and backpacking tents
-Rain coats - waterproof raincoats with hoods, adult sizes S-XXL
-Ponchos - heavy duty waterproof rain ponchos
-Sleeping bags - 10-20 degree synthetic bags, regular or long adult lengths
-Sleeping pads - foam cell or self-inflating
