Dystonia is a movement disorder that causes the muscles to contract and spasm involuntarily. Dystonia affects men, women, and children of all ages and backgrounds.

The Freedom to Move 5k Race is a wonderful way to spend a Sunday (Come! See for yourself) and truly a great way to show your support for a disorder that affects an estimated 300,000 people in Canada and the United States.
