4:00pm: pre-party setup and playing goofy music.


6:00pm: try to arrive before 6:30, which is when the downstairs doors lock. We'll try to station someone down there to let in later arrivals, but it might be touch-and-go.

7:00pm: welcome remarks, intros of sponsors and members.
