The Little Rock Film Festival kicks off on June 2, 2010 with a screening of Winter's Bone at the Riverdale 10 Theater. There will be a Q & A after the screening with the cast of film. Film starts at 7:00.
Following the screening, ticket holders are invited to the Oxford American After-Party at the Terry Mansion hosted by the Arkansas Arts Center’s Contemporaries. The party begins at 9:00, where Oxford American Magazine will premiere its "Best of the South" issue. Entering the party, guests will be serenaded by a bluegrass band, and Southern Rock bands and a DJ will rock the night away as guests enjoy complimentary food and libations.
Tickets to the Little Rock Film Festival’s Opening Night film (Winter’s Bone) and the Oxford American After-Party are $25 and can be purchased at
www.littlerockfilmfestival.org/purchase-passestickets. If tickets to the film sell out, tickets to the After-Party will be available at the door of the Terry Mansion the night of the party for $10.
