With generous support from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Ocular Melanoma Foundation is holding its first conference for patients, caregivers and loved ones on October 23-24, 2010 in Boston, MA. The conference will provide attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest research on treatments and procedures. There will be presentations by physician leaders in the field who come from a range of backgrounds and institutions as well as opportunities to meet other patients and caregivers in small group sessions. Time will also be set aside for fun and entertainment.

The goal of this annual meeting is to help build community, provide up-to-date information, and support for patients and caregivers. Our hope is for participants to return home armed with new medical information and new energy to better cope with ocular melanoma.
