One million spectators are drawn every year to San Francisco's northern waterfront to be awed by the Navy ships and spectacular aerial show, including the Navy Blue Angels. On Sat and Sun, the air show starts at 1p and the blue angels fly at 3p. Invite friends!

    “ Gosh, I hate to say it but I don't love fleet week. When I lived in the Richmond they turned around right over my house for a week. I was in the rooftop viewing area of the Embarcadero one year for a catered event when they were practicing. Yikes. THAT was scary! I think I'd rather watch from a distance ( : ”
