Come take part in the Dallas virtual pod as we collaborate with the live event in Minneapolis-St. Paul. ECTC 2010 is about inspiring event professionals to try new communication and collaboration paradigms at their events. Today’s attendees are more educated; more experienced and have more information at their fingertips than ever before. Event Camp Twin Cities will show you new ways to harness this new attendee power and transform that energy into new ideas and solutions that change business.
The entire program and conference experience will be built around these four words:
Social. Innovation. Collaboration. Experimentation.
Pods in Basel, Switzerland, California and New York are also planned, making this a truly far-reaching event. Also, because Event Camp was born from the #eventprofs Twitter community, we want to create a collaborative and engaging environment where you can feel safe to ask questions, take risks and make mistakes.
There will be a Tweet-up directly following the Event wrap-up held at Humperdinks.
EventCamp (
www.eventcamp.org) is a not-for-profit entity that has come together to connect the meetings industry, and adult education in general, with how social media can benefit and enhance live events. It’s focus is on learning & collaboration and it uses remote participation to enhance the reach.
