It is an international networking event for Japanese national business people and for non-Japanese national business people to talk about what they are doing and how they help each other. It is important for foreigners to have a local Japanese business network if you want to do business in Japan, to find clients, or even to find a job. For those Japanese business persons it is too difficult to go to Roppongi Networking Event alone, so it makes sense for them to come Japademy Event because they know non-native participants speak some Japanese at least.
