We will contact you once the final budget is made*** ***RSVP BEFORE July 17th, otherwise you WILL NOT BE Eligible for the FREE travel, hotel, etc*** We have an amazing opportunity to bring together the entire Startup Weekend team from around the world!  This event is going to kick so much butt it's not even funny. There has never been anything like this, and we are going to make this the most valuable and influential event you have ever been to, we promise!  The Kauffman Foundation in helping us do this in Kansas City September 30th - October 3rd. so SAVE THE DATES NOW!  This is partnership with StartupDigest who will have all of their curators present as well. We will also be working with several other large groups to host a conference as part of this open to the world called SOSummit. (Startup Organizer's Summit). This will be the second half of this conference and everyone will have free admission. We will be inviting organizers from all over the world from not just Startup Weekend with a focus on building, improving, and sharing models for community and startup development.  What is it: Un-conference to discuss and refine the SW & StartupDigest models as well as to converge with all other community organizers and leaders. Come meet other passionate founders, organizers, influencers and badasses over 2 days of fun and action. We'll even have some amazing speakers there too! If we all work together even more, only amazing things will happen. HOW MUCH!? We're working on budget, but we think each person will only have to pay $100. We will provide at least a partial travel re-imbursement when you show up and we will cover all food, hotel, drinks while you are there. If there are multiple people from each city, when we finalize the budget, please work together to either divide the costs or select who gets the coverage. We will let you know July 20th, but if you RSVP by then, good chance you will be covered.  Non-Organizers/Curators will have to pay  $600 for the whole event starting on Friday at 1pm and going until 4pm on Sunday. Transport from the airport will be organized. 11AM - Kick-off, sessions, speakers 1PM - Lunch then activities & workshops 6PM - Dinner 7:30PM till Midnight - Band/Activity/Reception/Drinks Friday, Oct. 1: 8AM: Start & Breakfast Noon - Lunch 1PM - Starts SOSUMMIT   SO SUMMIT: Friday, Oct 1: 1pm - Start - Keynote, Speakers, Activity 6pm- Dinner/Drinks/Party Saturday, Oct 2: 8am - Breakfast & Start - Workshops & Sessions Noon - Lunch 2pm - Presentations & Findings 4pm - Head to airport
