Afternoon at the Bay: Caltech Exchange and Alumni Association Summer Event

Come join fellow Techers for a family and friends-friendly event at the Meadow View Picnic area of Junipero Serra Park overlooking the Bay this Labor Day weekend.

On September 5th, from 2 pm until 6 pm, the Caltech Exchange, with support from the Caltech Alumni Association, will be hosting a potluck-style picnic, so bring food, drinks, and most importantly, yourself! Email Craig Montuori at montuori@alumni.caltech.edu if you'd like to volunteer and help.

This is a potluck-style event, and we're relying on all of you to make this event successful (and tasty)! We've set up an RSVP system to track food pledges using the forms on Google Docs.
