Being part of the SF-based Conquistador Climbers team of personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts, and local businesses (http://bit.ly/axvFRJ), we're hosting Rock the Steps, a series of events devoted to help raise awareness and $10,000 in funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Please join me in Rock the Night, the unofficial Rock the Steps' Fit-Fair after-party (and also my bday party).

We'll rock out to music while enjoying cupcakes & cocktails. We'll even have a Portaledge Photobooth complete with an assortment of the most unusual props (feel free to bring your own too)! As a fundraiser souvenir, I'll photoshop it all together so you'll look your best against some epic rock wall ;)
