- James Bacchi continues to enjoy more than twenty-five years as a gallerist, collector and philanthropist. Former Co-Owner of ON THE WALL, in New York’s East Village, and Jagendorf-Bacchi in SOHO, Bacchi relocated to San Francisco and established ArtHaus with art dealer Annette Schutz in 1995. Voted “Best Art Gallery in the Bay Area” – 2010 SF GATE BEST OF THE BAY LIST, ArtHaus is celebrating 15 years of representing, exhibiting and placing fine art, photography and sculpture by New York and Bay Area artists. The gallery works closely with beginning and established collectors, curators, corporate art advisors and the architecture/design community.
Bacchi serves on the Jury and Planning Committee for ArtforAIDS benefiting the UCSF AIDS HEALTH PROJECT. Together with Annette Schutz, ArtHaus is actively involved with BREAST CANCER ACTION, Hospitality House, Philanthropy By Design and Bay Area Designer Showcases, benefiting a variety of non-profit organizations.
Bacchi earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Studies from Antioch University (Center for British Studies). His contributions and achievements in the art world have been featured in several publications. “THE BACKYARD”, currently on exhibit at ArtHaus has become one of the most talked about, written about and blogged about shows in San Francisco.

- Jennifer Farris is the owner of STUDIO Gallery on Polk Street in San Francisco. The gallery showcases the work of both emerging and more established artists living in the Bay Area. The gallery is entering its eighth year and strives to make the art-buying experience fun, comfortable and accessible. She also co-founded 23rd Street Gallery in Noe Valley, which has become one of the largest figure drawing studios in the area.
Prior to starting STUDIO Gallery, Jennifer worked in corporate America for twenty years, spending half that time as a management consultant in Silicon Valley. She has been on the organizing committee for the Hospitality House Art Auction for the past five years and is president of the Polk District Merchants Association.
