Hub Lab Moderators: Chad Woodford and Joe Morris Chad Woodford is an intellectual property (IP) attorney living and practicing in San Francisco, California. Chad brings years of transactional experience, both in-house and at a large technology law firm, to his practice advising clients on technology, internet and new media matters. As a former software engineer and Unix programmer, Chad brings to his practice a deep understanding of, and passion for, technology. And with Chad’s experience as a two-time college radio DJ and a part-time filmmaker, Chad also brings a depth of knowledge and appreciation to entertainment law and content licensing. Joe Morris is an attorney and partner in mod4 LLP, a three-person law firm working out of the Hub to provide legal services to entrepreneurial businesses in the Bay Area. Prior to his career as an attorney, Joe wrote software for genome sequencing projects, much of which has been released under open source licenses.
