As a new dance company, we have had a very successful first year, performing everywhere from warehouse parties to the DeYoung Museum. For 2011, we are planning many more events and need your help! We are producing our first feature-length show in April, and have numerous expenses to get there (space rentals, promotion, etc) . Our goal is to raise close to $14,000. We’ve raised $3,500 so far, but still have a long way to go! Come show your support and have fun!
What's Happening:
7:30-8:30 Wine, Homemade Beer, Hot Toddies, Mission Tamales and other delicious food plus live music!
9:00-9:30 Performance by Palanza Dance
9:30 Trip to Mexico Prize Drawing (no need to be present to win)
9:30-midnight Dance Party with DJ Sergio
On-going silent auction
Prize Drawing Info:
This is a great way to support the company from afar since it is not necessary to be present to win. Tickets for the Drawing are $15.00 each and you can buy up to 10. See our eventbrite invite for more information about the prizes or to enter the drawing. Tickets will also be available at the party until the 9th.
(Grand prize is a week in a 5 bedroom Villa with a private beach in Mexico!)
Silent Auction Info:
The Silent Auction will be ongoing through the whole party and offers DIFFERENT items from the drawing. You can place your OWN bid on offers like:
* A handmade sailboat bag by local designer Susan Hoff (

* An hour long massage
* Private pilates lessons
If you cannot make it to the party, but would like to support us with a donation, you can make a tax-deductible contribution to Palanza Dance by sending a check written out to "Dancers Group" with "Palanza Dance" on the memo line to:
