SOL Cocina’s Executive Chef Deborah Schneider will offer guests the opportunity to taste the many flavors featured on SOL’s expansive menu of eclectic twists on traditional Baja cuisine. Peligroso Tequila will set up a complimentary fresh margarita bar within the restaurant to showcase the brand’s various tequila offerings. In addition, guests will be able to take advantage of SOL’s Happy Hour Week menu of SOL Signature Cocktails, including its many specialty margaritas, from the classic House Margarita to the more exotic Raspberry-Serrano and Cucumber-Jalapeno varieties.
