Midterms will hopefully be over, and we will be in need of restoration of our Sanity. This happy hour falls auspiciously on the eve of Mr. Stewart's fantastic rally, which falls on the eve of Halloween. So, come out to happy hour, chill w. your GPPI-EP friends, and get the weekend started RATIONALLY... with cheap drinks:
