Yes, B4B works just as well for wine, and in some ways even better because not only does every glass of wine you have at Mille create a treasured book for kids, Adam sells bottles of fine wine too and that creates even more books!
(Don’t worry beer geeks, you can go along with your wine-loving friends because Mille can accommodate you as well with their hard-to-find Yebisu Shirohonoka on draft.)
For those of you new to Beers for Books, the concept is simple: For every drink you have, 100 yen will be donated to Room to Read and that buys a treasured book for children via Room to Read.
Room to Read is an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide quality educational opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy. Room to Read has projects in 9 countries in Asia and Africa including Nepal, Cambodia, Zambia, etc. For more details see

For Bottles for Books, Mille will generously donate one book for each drink you order and 500 yen for all bottles priced from 2800 to 5480 yen, and 750 yen for bottles priced above 5481 yen.
