This month we will be discussing a PHP framework, called CodeIgnighter, and the Content Management System built onto of it, ExpressionEngine. CodeIgniter is an Open Source Web Application Framework that helps developers write incredible PHP programs. ExpressionEngine is intended to be simpler to use than other content management systems; for instance, it requires no knowledge of PHP, and has extensive online documentation.
