Join ASI’s Association for InterCultural Awareness (AICA) on November 18th for Rally Against Hate, an organized event that will allow students to come together and promote tolerance on campus. Highlights of the rally include guest speakers, spoken word performances, the “Wall of Hate” and the “Wall of Hope”.

o Clothesline Project: Students write their personal testimonies or discrimination they witnessed on shirts. The shirts are hung on clotheslines throughout the quad.
o Wall of Hate + Wall of Hope: One side will depict hate signs from the past and present, with recreations of violent and hateful language against people. The other side will be a space for students to make pledges of peace and tolerance in their communities.
o Speakers and Performers: Faculty and students are invited to share their testimonies or perform pieces on their take on hate, racism, and how the battle is not over yet.
o Resource Fair: Anti-Defamation League (Against Hate of Jews,) The Center: Orange County LGBT center, Women’s Center, and more from the CSUF community and off-campus community.
