Urban Improv is holding a special 13th anniversary charity gala show in support of the BC SPCA with celebrity guests Peter Oldring and Pat Kelly of CBC Radio’s This Is That and you're all invited!
Big laughs and holiday cheer will be flowing on Monday, Nov. 29 at Rowan's Roof as everyone who has ever improvised with Urban Improv will be invited down for an epic night of charitable comedy. Tickets are just $7 and can be purchased at the door. Reservations are recommended and can be made in advance by calling 604-733-0330.
All proceeds from ticket sales, door prizes, 50/50 draws, live auction prizes and anything else we can think of, will go to The BC SPCA which provides emergency medical care and sheltering for 37,000 animals each year through its 41 facilities and operations across B.C.
Some of the live auction items will include:
- One Night for 2 at Cougar’s Crag Extreme B&B:

- Eminence Organic Skin Care Products
- Doggie grooming sessions at Happy Dogs Grooming (2)
- Vancouver Players Chophouse Gift certificate
- Bosley's Pet Food Store Gift Certificate
This year’s celebrity guests are Peter Oldring and Pat Kelly of CBC Radio’s This Is That, the network’s popular bogus news show that, according to its website, “doesn’t just talk about the issues, it fabricates them.” The duo also starred in The Comedy Network’s Good Morning World.
