Edgeyo is an online platform that simulates a stock exchange to aid in fund-raising for ethical businesses. Emerging enterprises can list on Edgeyo and the community then allocates value to the listed businesses by means of trading 'shares' with virtual money. Then, at the end of a given period, the software allocates real money to the winners - listed businesses that achieved most support. In the process, the system gathers information on the ways in which people are making investment decisions about ethical businesses, which adds value for both investors/players and listed businesses.
Edgeyo is inspired by the Edgeware DNA of 'Make Money, Have Fun, Change the World'; and is a project of JM:Labs, a new devision of Josephmark; in collaboration with Pressyo, the intelligent platform for information aggregation, valuation and distribution.
