Here is the menu:
Ukoy - Sweet potato, squash, carrots, red and green bell pepper, apple cider vinegar
Manila Pork barbecue - Grilled street-style marinated pork with atchara (pickled green papaya)
Escabeche Catfish - Pan seared Basa filet drizzled with sweet-tangy escabeche sauce (juice of ginger, onions, red/green bell pepper cooked in white cane vinegar and honey reduction)
Lechon Kawali - Crispy twice-cooked pork belly with mild-spicy liver based lechon sauce
Chicken Inasal - Grilled vinegar-marinated chicken basted in authentic Ilonggo inasal sauce
Pandan Panna Cotta - Silky Pandan leaf flavored Panna Cotta with mango bits and old sweet coconut - macapuno
