Nkechi (nnn-KAY-chee) is an astral soul songstress songwriter whose evocative voice, lyrics, and melodies explore a wide range of musical territory, including pop, rock, folk, world, & soul all in her signature sound and style. Nkechi's dynamic live performances put her in a category of musical performing artists like Michael Franti, Erykah Badu, and Lauren Hill. Veronica Malki, a San Francisco Bay Area native, learned guitar and wrote her first two songs just three years ago while studying abroad in Spain. Since her return home Veronica has performed on a number of stages, at festivals and just last month released her first EP “Listening”. Veronica writes and performs acoustic, soulful music resonating inspiration from nature and traveling. Her timeless style is comprised of Jazz, Folk, Flamenco, and World Music qualities.
