on Thursday, the twenty seventh day of January, MMXI Anno Domini
at eight until ten post meridian
upon the grand ballroom of the Pond at Bryant Park
Do please invite your consorts, cohorts, and concubines.
Location: The Pond at Bryant Park
Followed by refined raucous at the Hudson Terrace for a sailor themed party (think Captain's hats gentlemen!)
If you attire yourself in the rags of the common man you have pause to question of yourself with what reason you are even attending the Ice Ball. Don't be half-assed!
Dresscode - Formal
Gentlemen: Evening Suits; Black and White Tie Optional
Ladies: Evening Gowns (plus something to keep the shoulders warm; think warm elbow length gloves, cashmere wraps, fur (genuine or faux) stoles, muffs and Boyarka hats - think Siberian Chic)
Please RSVP and hope to see you on the ice!
Note Well: Bring a pair of ice skates or pay $12 to rent. Bring a lock for your locker - otherwise it's $9 to purchase one.
