Crowded into a drafty bar in Harvard Square, a collection of Boston Social Media folks sampled cheer while trading presents - Yankee Swap style. 2009 - A cheery and bleary evening. The place was the Asgard. We heard Derek Peplau sing 99 Luft Balloons in German. All was right with the world. Soooooo..... We're doing it again! - This year it's NogUp3. Going to have it at Atlantic Beer Garden, South Boston, right near the Seaport Hotel. Not a bad walk from South Station. Lots of parking. Low-key, casual and fun. Just come by when you can to raise a cup of cheer and wish others good luck in the year ahead. EVERYONE is welcome...this event is about people coming to Nog it up. ------------------------------------------ That's it. No charity. Just my sincere thanks that I've gotten to know so many great folks in Social Media in Boston. If you insist on giving to a charity, choose something that resonates with you.
