Science of Cocktails is back.
In 2010, more than 500 cocktail enthusiasts participated in the Exploratorium’s transform from science museum into a cocktail laboratory complete with acclaimed mixologists, one-of-a-kind cocktails, master distillers, physicists, chemists, and a little dry ice.
This year, we will once again take an in-depth, interactive look at the physics, chemistry, and biology of cocktails and spirits with the help of master mixologists from 15 Romolo, 83 Proof, Rye, Comstock, Alembic, and Bourbon & Branch.
