I hold these meet ups every show where a few fellow affiliates get together and have some good food, good drinks, and shoot the shit in an environment where we don't have music blaring, no room to sit or walk, and you aren't shoulder bumping with a drunk tard. So at the last ASE I decided to have an Affiliate Dinner and had so much positive feedback I decided to throw another this ASW.

I will be hosting an affiliate BBQ Luncheon at ASW 2011 that will have an open bar and will be catered by a local bbq company. The BBQ will be held at Elite Clicks Media's Zen Mansion which is located a couple blocks off of the strip but not far. I'd like to thank ECM for stepping up to the plate and offering to sponsor this BBQ Lunch. So if you feel like meeting some friends, hanging out for some free food and drink for the cost of a cab ride come on out. The Affiliate BBQ Lunch will be from 2pm till 6pm.

If you are pretty much sure you are going to come please add yourself to the Facebook event. We will have room for about 300-400 people but would like to get a more accurate headcount for the caterer as its per a person. As the conference draws closer I will be doing a final headcount with a confirmation list, if you aren't on the list you won't get in due to it being a private residence we will be attending the event at.
