We are inviting all interested entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be in Timisoara (area) to join us in the last edition of an Incubated Tea this year.

Starting a project and transforming it in a successful business is a highly demanding action. Doing it individually is an even harder job. We've met dozens of people declaring that the most important thing that stopped them to enter the startup world by planning, dreaming big, getting back to reality and triggering the actual developing of a new venture was the fact that they've missed a trusted partner.

The plan is to approach during this meeting as many issues as possible, covering the multifaceted business aspect of founding team:

- who is better to associate with - someone you know for long or someone you've specially searched for?
- partnering with the guy next door or start with someone from another hemisphere?
- where to position the founding team competences between expertize doubling and pure complementarity?
- is trust just enough or it's more important to have extensive written rules and contracts?
- how to join forces and how to split shares?
- how many founders? is there a golden number?
- how far and when to expand the founders team? options to key employees?
- how to build the founding team having in mind external investments BA/VC
