In four sessions you will get new insights, tools and handles that will allow social media to better utilize and incorporate into your marketing strategy. You will also learn how you can involve customers in co-creation processes and acquire knowledge on how you can continue to communicate effectively in times of a fragmented media landscape. The program starts with a Master's Strategy & Social Media (7 April) runs through a Master's in Social Media Marketing (April 8).
