This is going to be a lot of fun.

What I have learned is that themes bring focus. They help you to be clear and to align your thoughts and actions with greater values and goals. Resolutions fizzle fast, while themes carry you throughout the year, gently reminding you of who you really are and what’s most important.

Given the start of the New Year, I thought it would be nice to get together for fun, fellowship, creative expression, and an opportunity to start 2011 in a positive, playful way. (December's Ukrainian Egg Night was a blast!)

The vision: We will start with 30 minutes of Group Coaching (I will facilitate) to help clarify your personal theme for 2011, followed by chatting, laughing, and the creation of personalized, one-of-a-kind journals (using collage, paint, and more).

Location: Albany Art Room, Albany, NY 12210

Cost: $48 pp
(Includes 30 minutes of group coaching ($50 value) to help establish your personal theme, 90 minutes of open studio time and materials, a hardcover journal for artistic personalization, and a donation to Support One Family.)
