Come join my friends and I as we celebrate life through the sacred art of dance, asana, meditation, and connection. The evening will start with am exuberant yoga session led by Jeff Star with assists done by the wonderful Val and notorious Rob Ruddha!!! After yoga we'll take time to move deep into our individual personal space with meditation led by Val. When the meditation is over its time to dance it out!! Live DJ A2T2 will be spinning funky dance, salsa, afrobeat and breaks to melt and groove your body until your full!!!!
Once we have reached our dance limit we will be taken it down a notch for a community circle and final meditation led by Rob.

Please bring yourself and your friends to a celebration at the new Purusha Center. We want to get the vibe going and energy moving to warm up the space for their impending opening. Feel free to bring your hoops, poi and staffs for the group dance. If you eat food, like most of us do, bring a healthy snack and maybe some extra for your friends to share. Feel free to come for all or just the yoga or dancing,
