We're putting together a wknd trip to Heavenly. What's our goal? Just to get all our friends out on the slopes, with minimal effort (everything's taken care of....roundtrip transport, lodging, food, lift tix). Plus we can take advantage of a group discount we negotiated....$300 all in (would normally cost you $425). The only additional cost would be ski/board rental if you don't already have your own.
Two additional notes....
1 - This doesn't conflict with any football games....it's on the wknd b/w the conf championships and the super bowl.
2 - We are not responsible for any injuries or anything stupid you might do! Please ensure that you have adequate health insurance in the event of any mishaps or Darwin-award-winning moments.

Pick-Up Location:
16th Street & DeHaro Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco at 4:00am. Please arrive by 3:45am. Free parking in a lot is available.
Event Details:
The bus will depart San Francisco at 4:00am (bus will be dark, for those who want to sleep), arriving at the resort by 8:30am. The bus will leave the resort on Sunday at 4:30pm, making a 30-minute dinner stop around 6:30pm. Arrival in San Francisco will be around 9:00pm.
The trip includes:
1) Round trip luxury motor coach transportation, with movie on the way back
2) Basic breakfast on the ride up
3) Hot chocolate, snacks, cookies at bus before the departure home
4) The trip does NOT include equipment rental. Ski/snowboard rentals are available at Heavenly and at your local SportsBasement.
5) Residence location: Lakeland Village (1 mile from Heavenly slopes with free back and forth transportation). It is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath + Loft unit ( 5 people per unit).
6) Located one mile from Heavenly’s California Base Lodge and 1.5 miles from the Heavenly Gondola, Heavenly Village and Stateline Casinos.
7) Free private shuttles, condo-style units are equipped with full kitchen and fireplace, outdoor hot tub, outdoor heated pool, and sauna and fitness center
8) Costs covered: Roundtrip Transportation, Lift tickets for two days, Lodging for Saturday night, Meals (Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast), Snacks/drinks/water during the bus ride
