Community management is no longer an up-and-coming position; it's become a standard role in many startups and even large companies.

How should the role, practice, and soul of community management evolve from here? Now that community managers no longer have to fight to get companies to understand that engaging with customers is crucial, what's next?

Evan Hamilton, Community Manager for UserVoice, will speak about his belief that community managers won't exist in 5 years, and why that's a good thing. He'll then lead a group discussion on the topic, while dodging rotten fruit from angry community managers in the audience.
