ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Join Aida Zorrilla and Dr. Carolyn Becker for an enlightening Body Image workshop and Fletcher Pilates class aimed at improving both body image and physical health. Aida Zorrilla is owner of Studio A: Pilates and co-creator of Fitness Without Fat Talk. Carolyn Becker is an associate professor of psychology at Trinity University and the clinical and scientific director of Tri Delta’s Reflections: Body Image Program, which she co-developed with the local sororities of Trinity University.
Come learn what Fat Talk is all about and how it keeps you...her...us...from being the amazing women we were created to be!
Pilates class will include both Matwork and Pilates equipment work.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Workout clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
