A new year brings a new Ignite! Returning to SF on Tuesday, February 8 starting with Global Ignite Week, this "Best Geeks' Night Out" guarantees you will be intrigued, entertained, and inspired: If you had 5 minutes on stage, what would you say? What if you only got 20 slides and they automatically rotated in 15 seconds? On 2/8/2011 at 6pm, 16 artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and philosophers will answer this challenge at Ignite SF #3. We're extra excited to bring this event to you at the new performance/gallery space Public Works at 161 Erie Street, in the Mission (between Duboce & 14th). There will be plenty of time to mingle with like-minded professionals and make new connections. :: Check the official Ignite SF website for speaker announcements and more! :: Admission is $5 before the event, and $7 at the door. Ticket sales will end at 3pm on the day of the event. Parking, coat check and full bar on two levels will be available. Ignite San Francisco #3 will be part of the 2nd Annual Global Ignite Week. Last year, Global Ignite Week was held in 65 cities on 6 continents and featured over 500 speakers.
