Join Ogilvy to discuss the latest thinking around customer engagement through Social Experience Design(SXD). Ogilvy’s thinking is evolving to include a new way to perceive and utilize social media in which brands can effectively and emotionally engage audiences across all digital touch points.
In addition to Ogilvy Leadership, representatives from industry leading organizations will discuss their views on the effects of the decentralization of the singular brand presence, how social media has affected customer contact channels and CRM initiatives and how marketers can best align with user needs and behaviors across the expanding digital space (smart tv, mobile phones, gaming consoles, tablets, smart appliances). Finally, Ogilvy will engage our live audience with an exercise to understand and apply the basic principles of Social Experience Design.
