The 5Rhythms is a dynamic and invigorating, dancing meditation practice that is a lot of fun, a great workout and good for the soul. An amazing and eclectic soundscape of music is played while you are taken on journey and guided to dance to your own beating pulse as you dive into 5 different qualities of being through movement. Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness. Each rhythm offers a different teaching and each class is unique. Your learning of the 5Rhythms unfolds every time you come. A space is created for you to shake it loose, exercise, stretch, meditate, enjoy community and emerge with a glowing smile. No experience is necessary and men & women of all ages are welcome. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. Classes are $15.
Anna Vitalia is a certified 5Rhythms® Dance and Yoga instructor. Any 5Rhythms® classes you take with her will count as prerequisite hours towards the teacher training. Anna has been studying the healing arts her entire life, began a regular meditation practice at the age of 14, has been dancing the 5Rhythms® since the age of 16 and studied various healing modalities including, reiki, qigong, yoga, aromatherapy, herbalism and many different forms of meditation. She believes that the 5Rhythms is essentially a yoga practice in that it is bringing into harmony and union, the body, heart, mind and soul.
