Established in 1955, IBA is the premier institute for business administration in the country. Known for their discipline, leadership qualities, and communication skills, IBA graduates are recognized within the country as well as internationally. IBA has produced around 8000 graduates to-date, each one being an outstanding and talented professional, with many holding high executive positions within the corporate sector.
The Alumni... Society knits the IBA family together, aiding the university in establishing itself as one of the best business schools in Pakistan. It provides a common platform for future business players to get guidelines from renowned human resource professionals of various industries, regarding future growth prospects, industry requirements, job opportunities and expectations of the employers, through Career Fair 2011. Furthermore, it provides students with an opportunity to plan the path for their careers through better understanding of the corporate world.
The Career Fair is the premier forum for corporate institutions to interact with some of most talented and qualified business and information systems graduates in Pakistan. It offers organizations a creative avenue to heighten their brand awareness and profile their respective industry to an extensive pool of job seekers, providing general information about their companies and the jobs available. In addition, they get a chance to judge eager applicants, conducting miniature interviews in a certain sense. The career fair is a great two-way educational experience, where organizations try to understand the employment trends and expectations of graduates, while graduates try to understand the organizations, and more broadly, the industries of their interest better.
