What is a sports crawl? We will play multiple games/sports in this Michigan winter wonderland and finishing with a few hours of sledding! It's good clean fun for everyone!

Anyone and everyone is welcome. All skill levels can play! Even if you think that you're not good at sports, it will still be a great time. I guarantee it!

Here's the tentative schedule (check back for updates!):


12:30-6:30 at Buhr Park (2751 Packard Road)

12:45-1:45pm - Snow Kickball
2:00-3:30pm - The Snow Bowl (touch or flag football tournament in the snow)
3:45-4:45 - Public Ice Skating (Buhr Park Public Skating Information) $6 admission, $3 skate rental
5:00-5:30 - Snowball Fight (tbd)
5:45-6:15 - Snow Pie (Sort of like the childhood game of tag, with a few different rules)

6:30-7:30 - Dinner/Rest

7:45-10:00 at Veterans Park (2150 Jackson Road)

7:45-10:00 - Sledding! Try to bring your own sled. I'm unsure how many extras we will have. Message me if you need a sled, and I'll do my best to accommodate.

8:30-9:30 - Ultimate Frisbee. Depending on the numbers (and probably a vote), we will be playing ultimate using a light-up frisbee. Just remember to be careful as it will probably be semi-dark by this time!

Notes:

If you have other ideas for sports, please let me know. We are contemplating a few different ones.

Dress warmly, but in layers. That way you can add and remove layers as you warm up and cool down. A thermos with water is also a great idea!

As always with snow-related activities, this is highly dependent on the weather. So please check back here before the event!
