The Challenge; For 5 days I challenge you to take a picture of, and post onto facebook, EVERYTHING you eat!
When; Monday- Friday FEB 21st to FEB 25th!!!!
Why; 1. Having everyone we know see what we are eating will help us to choose more healthy options.
2. Seeing other peoples food choices will give us ideas on healthy meal ideas.
3. For those that like to eat out, we will learn where to get healthy meals on the go.
4. We will be helping ourselves and eachother by working towards the common goal, of more mindful eating.
How; Take a picture of the food, name the pic what it is, and if it's restaurant food, where you ordered it from. Please include any drinks other than water.
Who; Everyone is welcome to join in, where ever in the world you are! Feel free to invite friends and family to join in the Challenge.
At the end of the 5 days, I will go through the photos, and the meal that recieved the most feedback, ie 'how did you make that?' 'what ingredients did you use?' etc (remember, the goal is to get people more aware and learning about healthier options) will be the challenge winner and that person will win a free SHAPE Fitness and Training Personal Training session!!! Or an on-line training program (if the winner is not local)!
