When the night dies down in the wee hours, get some rest for Friday & Saturday - over 50 workshops on organic farming, a "New Organic Farmers Forum" where you can connect with other aspiring farmers, a seed exchange like you've never seen, a trade show, a silent auction full of goodies, organic meals - including the famous organic buffet with keynote speaker Chef Jesse Vergen, the very first kids conference with workshops for children aged 6-14, and such a sense of community your heart will swell with pride.
